this site will give you an ipod just for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want an ipod (like me).

There's the iTouch, which has internet over WiFi.

There's the iPhone, that has internet over WiFi and internet over the cellphone networks (with a monthly plan).

Neither will provide you internet while in a plane though.
