Is there a job where i can work around the world, helping other people who need it?

for instance, helping out people in africa, or other third world countries... i don't know of any paying jobs that i could do.

are there any?

Well, starting with the government, there is the Peace Corps.  This is exactly what they do.  Than there are all kinds of other organizations who do this kind of thing.  WorldVision, CBN, Samaritan's Purse,  Feed the Children are just a few.  Also, the UN has a branch that does this sort of thing.  UNESCO and UNICEF are two of their branches that work for the betterment of humanity in third world countries.

I think the Peace Corps is volunteer but all the rest have paying jobs at some level.
