yes there is. But it's very competitive. If you are serious about pursuing it, the video game companies do like you to have a degree in a related field. Some even prefer to hire people who have majored in creative writing.

YEAH THERE IS A JOB LIKE THAT, YOU NEED TO WORK ON CREATIVE WRITING AND TRY INTERNSHIPS IN CERTAIN PLACES LIKE SIERRA FOR INSTANCE. I'D LOVE THIS JOB BUT I'M GOING TO BE A DOCTOR/SURGEON.
