Is there a kind of "Paint" program (from windows) on a macbook?

or some kind of program already on a macbook, that can basically do what the program paint from a windows computer can do?

Try ArtRage 2, or GIMP, both free.

Just Google for them.

There is a third party program that's been created for the Mac that's very basic like Windows Paint. It is called Paintbrush. Go to the Apple website and go to Downloads and search for it there. It's free and it's legit if all you want is a very simple program.
