  1. Lots of english speaking Russians. Where did you hear such nonsense?

  2. I'm not sure if that it is true. I have Russian friends who speak almost perfect English, however they do live here, in England, now. As to whether the majority of people in Russia speak English, it is difficult to say due to it being such as vast country. I'm sure it varies in different parts. I would assume that the western/european part learn English more readily.

  3. Why do you think that a country which doesn't speak English has a language problem? They have their own language in Russia!

  4. hi

I'm a non-russian person! I have been in russia and many boys and girls who speak english easily! There are nice people there!

  5. Many Russians speak English. But even if they didn't, why is that a "language problem"? Not many Americans or Britons speak Russian - does that mean there is a "language problem" in the USA or the UK?

  6. Yes , they speak Russian, and almost all German speaks German and very few French speak other than French. There are around 10,000 languages in the world , of which 115 are official national languages recognized by UN

By number of native speakers English is only 5th, after Mandarin, Hindi  Spanish, and  Arabic, and close to Portuguese (6th most spoken)

Russian is at nr 7 or 8

  7. many people speak english in places like Moscow or St Petersburg. of course it's a giant country, and maybe in the rural eastern areas very few people speak anything other than russian, but it's not a language problem.

  8. If you go there, don't expect people to speak YOUR  language, but THEIRS. If you are going to a country, then speak their language.

  9. abhi is there any problem in your country I heard no one speaks russian language over there
