Is there a law for level one permit holders for driving out of state?

as in....i'm about to get my learners permit when i turn 16 and my family is driving to florida and i was wondering if there are any laws that say i can only drive in state [[delaware]].

  1. The rule is as long as you follow the rules of the road "AND" you follow the rules and restrictions that are from your state where you received your permit from.


  2. once you get a permit as long as there is a licensed driver in the car with you, you can go anywhere as long as you follow the rules of the road

  3. You'll have to check wiith each state that you go through. Most states do NOT honor leaner's permits from other states.

    Even if it is legal, the Interstate Highway system is not the place for rookies to practice.
