I know alot of married couples who can not have children on their own go to india and adopt or have a woman carry the child (surrogate) and adopt the child after the birth.

Is there a law that denys homosexuals (2 men) from doing the same thing in India?

  1. No, there is no law. But the child has the right to be safe from people having abnormal activities. Law and rights are parallel.

  2. I DON'T  know for sure but being a homosexual is still illegal in India. it is kept hidden and you can go to jail just for being g*y.  With that knowledge i think it may be  against two men adopting

  3. I'm not sure about any laws but homosexuality is still technically illegal in India (often tollerated though) so it could be complicated.  Can you adopt domestically instead?  I would not use a sarrogate in India; these women don't do it by choice to help people; they do it because they desperately need the money by any means.

  4. props to you..like I said before,as long as a child is taking care of...who cares if the parents are homosexuals...it shouldn't be no law..most mom and dads that have kids shouldn't had s**+&

  5. Adopting a child is not a RIGHT - for anyone.

  6. NO.
