Is there a law in MA that sets an age for kids to go swimming w/o supervision in a private pool?

In Massachusetts, is there a law that sets an age for kids to be old enough to go swimming in a private (like in my backyard) swimming pool alone?

I highly doubt it - I haven't heard of such a thing, and I'm a MA resident. Besides, it's your pool, not a community one. Just like how there isn't a law on how old a child has to be to stay home alone (I even checked a law website).
