  1. Theres no law...dont worry...

And when kids are little they usually like sharing a room...at some point youll need to separate them ...but there is no law against it....

  2. i live in tx and have a girl (11) and a boy (8)  and we live in an 2 bedroom apartment.  The apartment manager hasn't said one word to me and if the great state of TX had a problem with it they can kiss my rear end and give me more money to find a 3 bedroom house :P

  3. We live in a tiny apartment in Tx. My 10 year old daughter sleeps in the same room as my 12 year old son, who is mentally retarded. I don't come home from work until 10pm and need her to supervise what he's doing. We have to help ourselves because I have no money after I pay for food and rent.

  4. Its true there are no laws , state or federal that call for separate rooms. Some government agencies have policies and guidelines for foster children and some housing projects will have policies, but no laws
