  1. Yeah I'm sure there is.  Los Angeles means "lost angels" in spanish or something.  That's why people call it "The City of Lost Angels".  Just watch The City of Angels lol it has an intro about it .....sorry lol.

    The city of Los Angeles does not mean "lost angels". It is a shortened version of its original name: El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles de Porciúncula (The Village of Our Lady, the Queen of the Angels of Porziuncola). That is in reference to Mary, the mother of Jesus.

    Due to its now officially contracted name it is often referred to as the “City of Angels” and its original meaning has been changed.
