You really have 2 options.

Make money for someone else's website

Or

Make money for your own website.

If you want to do it for yourself – you will need to create a website then drive traffic to it.

It really is a simple as that. You need to monetize through Adsense or another method.

If you make money from doing surveys etc – you are unlikely to make much money but will make some.

Yes there is but the problem is there is so much scam online that it becomes difficult for a newbie to choose and confuse him/her .After 1 month that person give up and next day having gossip with friends telling  that"  it is not possible to make money online" .
