Is there a lego distributor in the philippines? where?

I don't think Lego has a distribution facility in the Philippines, although it probably uses outside vendors to handle distribution there.  Either that or it's handled by the individual retailers.

According to Lego's website, it looks like Lego Education (not the normal Lego, that's Lego's educational division) sells things retail here:
