Is there a lighter that ignites when opened?

Is there a lighter that ignites right when opened. like you flip the top up and it will ignite a the flame

that would be easy to fabricate, actually.. a simple mechanism could be incorporated to do just that. however, i highly doubt that there is an available one for commercial exchange (for sale) since that design is somewhat dangerous. consider the strike-anywhere matches. although there is high possibility that such a design has been presented for approval, it must have been denied by the regulatory board in lieu of public safety.

safety matches, like the regular lighters available on sale are a lot safer. both utility-wise and market-wise.
