  1. yes averagely 60 to 90 seconds if you hold your breath long enough you could hold your breath up to 4 minutes

  2. Idk it depends one intersting fact is humans cant die from holding their breathe and if your in a dangrous situation like about to drown as long as you dont panic youll do well and live.

  3. The world record stands at at eight minutes, 58 seconds. I've heard of people holding there breath while taking fast walks to help increase their ability of breath holding.

You can also slow your heartbeat by relaxing, entering a meditative state. With a reduced heart rate the body consumes less oxygen, thereby prolonging the time your able to spend underwater.

To get the biggest breath you can, start inhaling and exhaling slowly. This exercise rids the lungs of poor-quality air. For the final inhalation, you should begin slowly, breathing from deep within your diaphragm.

  4. idk. but i suck at it.

what does this have to do with zoology

  5. the average perso can hold there breath for about 20-50 sec.  the only way to increase that, is to excersize and flew your lungs.  Also, ou need alot of energy to hold your breath.

    Hope I helped
