  1. Can't find anything that lists a specific number, just that you need to be able to demonstrate that the dogs are personal pets, not animals to be sold.


  2. I don't think there is a limit on the number of animals as long as they all have the required documents, such as vaccine records.

    For all cats and dogs....The animal is accompanied by a certificate of a veterinarian that clearly identifies the animal and shows that the animal is currently vaccinated against rabies. Animals less than 3 months of age are not required to be vaccinated for rabies.
