  1. Uhmm of course theres some limits.... You have to ask in the airport.

You have to checked the aena webpage, maybe in this site they can help you

    http://www.aena.es/csee/Satellite?pagena...

If not ask in the duty free of the airport... ppl there used to be frendly and know these rules.

    Ana

  2. As Spain is in the EU, you can bring back as much as you can justify as being for your 'own personal use'.

If its is hand luggage you could easily get away with a dozen or so litre bottles of spirits.

If in the car, a car full is OK, but customs won't allow a van full.

  3. Go to this page, it tells you what you are allowed and how much they will question you bringing back. http://www.spanish-airport-guide.com/dut...

Sorry can't help with the price of alcohol, but i have heard it is cheap.

  4. Swallow as much as you can while there, sure as h**l you will not pay duty on it unless you vomit at the customs and they DNA it to check the amount.

The Brit government are looking to charge a swallow tax on all incoming people stupid enough to ask a question like this.

    You are caught.

Spu it all up now or face deportation back to spain.

    What do you think eh???

  5. there is theoretically no limit on the amount you can bring back. however you will have to prove that it is for personal consumption or pay the duty or have it taken off you.

i have never been to torremolinos so can't help you there

  6. Yes there are limits, but not defined by a figure.  They will pass a reasonable amount that can be consumed by the amount of people you travel with....If that makes sense.

In other words you cant bring back a van load just for yourself...Its a lot cheaper than England.  Wine from as little as 70 centimos. Spirits from 4 euros.  You can fill your rucksack with wine and nothing will be said. The problem is at the airport and the weight of the booze.  That's if you are flying. Buy straight from the bodegas Its cheap.

  7. No limit from Spain to UK as long as you can persuade UK customs its all for your own consumption?

                         Difference in price? Toremolinos?

As a very rough guide, a litre of Bacardi is around £5 in Spain! UK it is around £16 for a litre.

If you go say every month and bring back a few gallon every trip they may not believe you  (they are like that)!!

Otherwise do as you like, and good luck to you. Same applies to cigs etc.

  8. As long as you mean mainland Spain and not the Canaries, there is no limit other than it must be for your own consumption and the weight limitations of baggage these days.

What do you mean about Torremolinos - depends what you are buying.

  9. It depends on your method of travel lol

Seriously, you can take 10 litres of spirit, 20 litres of fortified wine ie port or sherry and 90 litres of ordinary wine.

I suggest you make certain you keep your receipts as a safeguard especially if you are buying tobacco too/

under Spanish regulations, if you buy more than 800 cigarettes you must have your receipt available. If you are carrying more than1200 you should have a 'Documento de Acompanamiento' t

  10. Officially, no.  We are all part of a common market and trade between those markets are unrestricted.

That said, if customs believes you are buying this alcohol to sell, they can take them away from you no questions asked, no appeal.
