Is there a limit to the age an athlete can play for a college sport?

Question

I was going back to college, but figured since I'm in college I might as well try out for a college sport or two. I believe I'm still a pretty good athlete to this day, nothing has changed since I was 16-19 years old. I'm 31 now, still in exceptional shape. Is there an age limit a person can participate in NCAA sports?

you can still play as long as you havent played 4-5 years of college ball yet
