Is there a liquid dielectric better than water ?

i need a list of all available liquid dielectrics that may have been ever discovered by the mankind .... plz :(

  1. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dielectric_... has a list.  Looks like there's a few better than water, like hydrogen peroxide, but they seem to all be corrosive.

    Castor oil is commonly used as a dielectric, and it's only got a κ of 4.7, much less than that of water.
