Not just Amtrak but also those like Metro-North, etc. Just a very comprehensive list.

  1. I couldn't find an answer for you, but here are some resources with contact info.  One of these organizations may have the information you need.

The Federal Railroad Administration, Public Affairs:

    http://www.fra.dot.gov/us/content/46

The Department of Transportation list of transportation libraries: http://www.dot.gov/citizen_services/libr...

  2. Are you referring to active railroad stations?  If so probably your best bet would be Amtrak's website, which lists all station stops directly from its homepage.

If you are interested, though, in historical railroad stations that are either preserved, still standing, or in use you might want to visit the Railroad Station Historical Society's website as they list nearly every one.

EDIT:  Hmm, not that I am aware of but I could be wrong.  To do that you would probably just have to search each, individual, commuter railroad's website (SEPTA, NJ Transit, MARC, Metra, Cal Train, etc.).
