  1. Yes got to the Amaerican Academy of Pedaitrics and it has the list of developmental milesstones and when they should be reached. You cna also check out any parenting site on t web I know Babyzone has a milestone tracker on its homepage now.

  2. The ABLLS are a learning checklist/assessment that show what skills should be learned in what order. If you google ABLLS, you can get information on them. If you order the program, it is at least $60 or there is an online program for $150. I have not been able to find them listed anywhere on the web. I have not tried the online one, but it was definitely worth it for me to spend the $60 for the materials, but I use them with my students.

  3. Here are some developmental checklists from birth to 5 years of age.

The ABLLS mentioned above is not in proper developmental order, although it is close. It is not based on normative data or sample. The new VB Mapp is a similar tool attempting to incorporate developmental milestones.

The brigance, or AEPS or Carolina are ready made normed curriculum/ assessments for looking at the natural development of skills.

  4. Of course.  You could just talk to a pediatric nurse/doctor, who will probably have a booklet.
