Is there a list somewhere of permitted supplements and herbs to be shipped into canada?

would like to order supplements from a us-based website and herbs from an india-based website, but cannot figure out what am i allowed by customs to be sent into canada and what not. any ideas?

Check with the Canadian Customs for their Rules & Regulations. You could probably also get this info at the Canadian Embassy from the Commercial Attaché there.

Check the Canada customs website or e-mail them with the list of things you want to import.  They will tell you which are allowed and what duties and taxes will be charged
