family watchdog - or just watchdog.com I think -- I can't remember but there is a website that you can type in your address and get a list.

In our county there is...and it is the law that they register with the police dept when they move here...I think it is portercountysherrif.org

Only if you are a child(that would make him a child molester). If so you can log into your state site and do a search for your county and it should bring up a list of names with pics and addresses. You may have to go to the State Hwy patrol site for this.

unlikely that there is a rapist living near you mostly because this is generally a very long prison sentence.... try the sexual offender's registry though
