Is there a lot of discrimination against Filipinos in Germany?

I really don't think so. Most Germans are very open to foreigners and quite interested and helpful. At least the younger ones all speak English. I travelled to Germany with a filipina friend four times during the last few years and she didn't have one bad experience, even though she did not speak the language.

You might want to be a little careful when you travel to some parts of the former East Germany but all the major cities are totally safe.

I can only recommend that you go there and see for yourself. Mabuhay in Germany, kabayan!
