Is there a low price resort in Dominican repblic?

try the hiltons-but stay away -far away from barcelos we went to one and it was the most disgusting place ever!

Be careful with cheap resorts at Dominican Republic.  It can be tricky to stay on one of those. Choose an hotel chain or get advice from a travel agent.  Prices in DR have been going up lately.  It is a famous destination for Europeans and since the change from Euros to Pesos is so big they pay whatever they are asked because it is still cheap for them.
