Is there a machine on the market to transfer a cassett to a cd?

  1. I've done this before...but with the PC. Took a walkman, plugged a 1/8'' PC speaker cable into it and connect it to the MIC jack/Input of the PC soundcard... then used recording software to record it to MP3, then burn.... not quite up to CD quality but sounds about as good as the tape did.

    I make no representations about the useability or preformance of the machine. I simply found it in a search.

    The easier way woud be to get a tape machine, hook it up to your PC and record the stuff to there then save it as MP3s, but this is complicated if your are not technically minded.
