Is there a major Singapore retailer that provides web-ordered gift cards for local delivery?

Question

I'm in the US searching for a method to buy a gift card/cheque that a Singapore retailer would deliver to a local resident there. Astoundingly, many major SIN retailers' websites (including ones based elsewhere) do not even mention it; a couple say they're only availabe for purchase in-store in-person.

I know payment systems are much more advanced than in the US, but a gift card/credit ordered via the web should still be a good gift!

try NOEL...they are quite a big company..but not sure if they do such thing...
