  1. The meaning of the word is "with-out dis-ease! Happy with-in one self"  But the world peace that, I think, you mean is: "Pie in the sky,  sand castles"  You can not live in peace with your own family, and you want too scale it up a gazillion times???

    Peace.

  2. Yes, there is! Peace is when the Lord is with you!

  3. You can live in peace constantly. I do.

Though you can't control the actions or beliefs of others, You can control the way you live your own life.

How people treat you will become their Karma.

How you react to it will become yours.

  4. The only meaning i no for peace is if you are content with Ur self

  5. Yes there is meaning to peace!  We cannot have peace universally, it is not probable, not now.  However, it is not only possible but personally necessary to live.  One must have some form of peace, just to survive in this life.

Why can't you live with the Lord, or the Lord live in you, perpetually?

I cannot imagine my life without God.  He is the only way to peace; inner peace, continually.  He is the only way to peace, inside and outside, in any and every form.

  6. duh !?! lol

  7. Meaning for peace? I don't understand your question. Peace has a meaning. Are you asking is there a reason for peace? If so, I certainly think so.

  8. peace is when a parent can send a child to school without having to worry about kidnapping, school shootings, or bullies. when the news features more good news than bad. when a person can travel the world without having to avoid countries because their nationality is hated in that country. when people begin to judge others on their personality. when you smile at someone, they smile back. and when you look in the mirror, you are happy with what you see.

  9. Yes, for sure. Having  peace and harmony in the family, neighbourhood and community means no violence, crimes, mass shootings in public.  One sleeps better and moves about with a peace of mind wherever he goes. There is a greater quality of life to be experienced.

There are certain countries who have been at war with each other for many years. Imagine how terrifying the citizens' daily lives must be, to constantly hear bombs exploding and rockets whizzing by. How they wish peace is declared and how joyful living would be! It is so sad that Mankind never learns his lessons and seems to prefer confrontation, invasions and wars rather than peace!

  10. World peace is attainable by those competent to recognise and acknowledge factors and hindrances and holding a firm belief in the mechanisations required to orchestrate its realisation.

In moments of doubt and dejection, one doubts whether a world given the freedom of free will could be peaceable without threat of retribution if they were to err.

Peace begins in the mind and heart of each man and is reflected in his environment. Bereft of this inner mental repose man becomes but a battler against all he perceives to be adversarial.

  11. All words have meanings. That's what language is

    all about, Dude.
