There is at least one. We pay just a little over that ($110) for our medical insurance. It's through Blue Cross and we get it through my husband's work. It is a high deductible health plan. It covers one preventative doctor visit per year no cost. However there is a $3000 deductible after you meet your deductible all medical visits are 100% paid for. It works well if you are in generally in good health. We had 2 health plans to choose from, and since as a rule we rarely go to the doctor picked this one. It also has a Health Savings Account with it. The account is employer matched and tax free. The money can be used for any medical expense, but you can only put what your deductible is in it. Check into a high deductible health plan.
