Probably not....there are correctional schools....they would straighten him/her out in a heartbeat.

Not really that I have seen, but I did a search on Yahoo and came up with one website that may help you.  http://www.military-school.org/Elementar...  there is alot of info on military schools on the web, but 98% of what I saw was middle and high school ages...teenagers..the above website is the only one I saw that addressed kids ages 7 - 12.  Good luck with your first grader.

If you cant control your child or dont want your child then put him/her up for adoption or give to foster family.

Not that I've heard of. Isn't the child a bit too young for military school since he's in the first grade?
