Is there a minimum IQ level to be in the army?

Do you have to have a certain IQ level and above to be in the army?

You have to take a test for the military which indicates what fields will be open to you. Not an IQ test more like a college entrance exam.

It takes more than an  IQ test  to be in the army.....

asvab test,fitness, etc etc

Judging my some of the things the Army has done before, I don't think you need any IQ to enroll.

Not exactly, you have to be able to read and write to a basic level though.

You take the asvab which determines if you are qualified or not.

You would be given an Armed Froces Entrance Examination.  I think it's set so a high school graduate can pass it.  Don't worry about it.  Since the all volunteer army, they'll take almost anyone excepy felons.
