Is there a minimum number of players to participate in US High School RFU tournaments (boys & girls)?

Obviously, besides the 15 starters. Also max number, if anybody knows.

  1. This would depend on the tournament. I would contact the tournament director with this question. If it is a tournament leading to a national championship then the max roster spots, per game, is 22; 15 plus 7 subs.
