Is there a minimum temp you have to work in?

I work in a fish factory and the heaters have not been workin for the past few days plus there is no hot water!I would like to know if there is a law what minimum temperature you work in.

No, but there is a law that says you don't have to work there.

Congratulations; you are working in an Al Gore approved environmentally friendly building. Now, if all you would do is stop killing fish and just stand there for 8 hours freezing your a**, you would totally make the grade.
