Is there a money identifier for the blind that works on both Mexican & American money? ?

i know that there is a money identifer that works for American money and reads in both English and Spanish but if there's one that works on both currencies i'd love it if someone could tell me! my grandmother needs it, and seeing that she lives in both countries during the year it would be helpful for her to have one that works on both American dollar bills, and Mexican bills. thanks so much!
