Peter Levy on Radio Leeds used to/still does have a feature where the listener phones in to "play 21's".

Peter: You have 14 caller.

Caller: I'll twist then.

Peter: Sorry, it's a ten of spades, you've bust!!

our local radio ( i some times listen to it) the caller will say what ever they rang up for, then the presenter will ask "where do you want it?" caller will say for example "Knee" and the presenter will then play a recording of a gun shot.

I have no idea why
