Is there a mountain in oregon that i can snowboard on all year?

Timberline on Mt Hood and Mt Bachelor  near Bend both are open much of the year. Check each area for exact schedules. Since you are new to the sport, go take a series of lessons from a qualified professional instructor so you can enjoy the sport all the rest of the year.

Yes. Mt. Hood has ski runs open year round. The Palmer lift is only open in the summer. It is the one on the glacier but it is a very advanced ski run. In fact it is too dangerous in the winter. The other ski places (Ski bowl, Timberline, and Meadows) close in the summer but are open when there is enough snow, which is usually November through April.

EDIT: The Palmer run is part of Timberline ski resort.
