Is there a movie out there about?

Is there a movie out there based on a Killer. Like the main character is a killer, and he is really good at it. He always knows how to cover up his crimes, and never gets caught. Then he makes a mistake, and then he has to run from cops. I dont know, I can see it in my head, and it looks good, is there anything like this out there?

Well, 'The Bone Collector' isn't exactly like the plot that you described, it's pretty similar in that this killer has committed multiple murders and he is in hot pursuit by the detective team of Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie...you might like it, but give it a try!

But now that I think about it, "Red Dragon" featuring Anthony Hopkins and Ralph Fiennes (my favorite actor!) fits your plot description, so go for this movie first.

American Psycho and Mr. Brooks are two good ones...

In the end of both films, the killers carefully crafted lives begin to unravel..

I liked both of them, pretty good if ur into murder/crime/horror type films

Also you might have already seen them but the Hannibal Lecter series with Anthony Hopkins (Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal) is also quite good

Watch fracture... Its not a lot of run and gun but its mentally thrilling and Anthony Hopkins did great. Youll like it or you can kick me in the nuts
