  1. Hello...How about the term "Chapping"? The outside of your mouth, even at the corners, is not designed to be subjected to excess moisture such as could happen by continuous l*****g of your lips. If you have an issue that creates excess saliva flow that can cause excessive moisturizing of the mouth corners...I'm assuming that you are a person who "does not" wear a full dental appliances such as a denture...If however you are, when a denture has become overly worn and the gums have shrunk, the jaws over close and that causes the lips to loose some of their ability to seal and that allows moisture to seep through and that creates chapping....Now, if you do, as mentioned above, l**k your lips excessively, you could be dealing with an emotional stress issue ...If that is the case I can send you an in depth explanation about how and why it happens...I'll do that if you contact me and ask for that information. Good luck and I wish you well
