If by Ganoderma, harisco means Reishi mushroom (Ganaderma lucidum), it does help depression but the effects really start to work after about a week. It is taken as more of a long term tonic. It is truly an amazing herb (fungus) that covers all over well-being.

  4. The amino acid Tyrosine.  You can take up to 50mg per pound of body weight per day.  You may not need to take that much though.  Start out with 500-1000mg daily.  It's best taken at bedtime.

There's also SAMe.  I haven't tried it, so I don't know what it is like.

  5. you can use ganoderma it is a tranquilizer and releives stress and depression
