Is there a natural cure for exoema / skin diseases?

Eczema is a chronic skin disease/condition that has no cure, inspite of some claims. However, it does have quiet times and flare-ups on occasion without known causes for either.

OTC anti itch preparation, calamne, aloe vera, benadryl, Htz 1% creams may help itching, as well as benadryl taken at night, but thats about it, I'm afraid.
