  1. it's all in the head! try to control the urges...it will take some time

well cinnamon sticks would help..it's natural and reduces the tendency to go for another puff...and it tastes so gud too!

  2. Yes there are several herbal based stop-smoking remedies available. NicoCure and RX-Hale are two that are fairly popular.

You can find more information on the Ways To Quit Smoking website at:

Hope this helps. I am an ex-smoker and I know how hard it can be to quit.

  3. I would not trust any quit smoking method that only deals with the physical nicotine addiction. I tried several times to quit using patches, gums, herbs etc but none of these ever worked.

Smoking is more of a psychological addiction than a physical one. If you really want to quit forever you must discover the reasons why you smoke and then eliminate or change these thought processes.

As soon as I dealt with my psychological reasons for smoking I quit, first time and more importantly for good.

Quitting smoking does not require any patches, gums, herbs or anything like that. These methods are expensive, time consuming and simply do not work. All that is required is a bit of motivation, self belief and determination.
