To grow nails faster without having to take anything? Also how does your hair grow faster?

There are these vitamins you can take for your hair, nails, and skin, that will make your hair and nails grow faster and make your skin look really healthy. There are two hair products you can put on your hair to make them grow faster. I have been using them partially this summer and my hair has grown like an inch and a half. I don't remember what the vitamin is called but the hair products are: Profectiv Mega Growth Growth Lotion, and the other is a product that was developed for humans but is used to grow back horses coats it's called Eqyss Mega- Tek voat rebuilder. It is cheaper if you buy it at a horse supply store.
