Is there a natural way to dissolve phleboliths in the veins?

I have two fairly large pheboliths in the veins of my left cheek. They cause me a large amount of discomfort. Anytime my head is lowered it will cause my left cheek to swell up. It does not hurt, but is very annoying. I was wondering if anyone knows a natural way to dissolve them.

I would try Australian Bush Flower Essences
