Not for humans, though other species do have this.

The only thing i can offer you is that there are naturally occurring sources of estrogen, especially in certain soy products. They are not of the quantity to bring on female puberty like hormone replacement therapy (HRT) does, but some transsexual women have reported enjoying the effect on their mood that the slight increase in estrogen can bring.

Edit to add: to folks above, "s*x change" in nature nor surgically in humans does NOT involve "chopping off" anything. It involves inverting the p***s into a v****a, and the same tissues are reused.

After all, there's more (much more!) to typical female anatomy than the mere absence of a p***s!!
