  4. Chelated minerals will help lower your cholesterol. Also make sure you keep off the polyunsaturates. They do more harm than good.

  5. I lowered mine dramatically by going on a blood-sugar stabilizing diet and doing some moderate exercise.  I also took Niacin, and stayed away from saturated fats.

  6. drink 30ml of your own urine for 3 weeks, then abstain for a week. repeat this for 6 months and you will see a difference.

  7. Your intake of dietary cholesterol actually have very little to do with your current cholesterol level and blood pressure.  Just because you have high cholesterol doesn't mean you have high blood pressure...they aren't really related like that.  To  lower blood pressure you should consider going on the DASH program as recommended by the American Heart Association.  This diet has been scientifically tested and shown to reduce blood pressure dramatically and will probably decrease cholesterol levels as well.  It's basically a low sodium diet with lots of fruits and vegetables.  If you want to lower your cholesterol using supplements I recommend using Chinese red yeast rice and sytrinol.  Of course the best way to lower your blood pressure is to reduce the amount of caffeine and sodium you consume and start on a regular daily exercise routine.

  8. 2400 milligrams of Fish Oil each day reduced mine dramatically.

  9. There are drinks - Actimel I think and they are supposed to reduce your cholesterol.  I have significantly lowered my blood pressure by doing vigorous exercise for 30 minutes a day - sit ups and 10 miles on an exercise bike.  Feel tons better.

  10. try garlic pearls or capsules and swop over to virgin olive oil in cooking
