Is there a need for regulatory authority in the field of education in India?

  1. From what I understand about the Indian culture, the children automatically perform the duties of their parents, and the parents are the teachers.  So I would see no need for regulatory authority.  

    Although I disagree with the system; I wish children could choose what they want to do when they grow up.
