Is there a nice upscale chinese restaurant for weddings in the San Jose/San Francisco area?

I'm having difficulty finding a venue for a chinese wedding banquet that can accomodate about 200 people. Sure, there are plenty of chinese restaurants with great food that could do this...but I want to avoid the typical rude service and half-*** decor...why aren't there any places that are modern, clean, elegant and upscale?

Tommy Toy's in San Francisco.  It's a bit more Chinoise than traditional Chinese, but delicious, beautiful ambiance, and the service is excellent.

Yes, Ming's in Palo Alto is pretty nice.
