Is there a nice way of saying 'you break it you buy it"? in a store...so it doesn't sound so abrupt?

I remember seeing some cute quotes in some stores but I just can't remember the wording and I can't find anything online...any suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance!

Why sugar coat it?  Just say it.  Don't worry about offending people.

The sign is technically worthless.

Its your property and your responsibility until someone buys it

If they break it, its because you didn't protect it, your loss unless you get someone who feels like paying

whatever breaks, will break abruptly, so sounding abrupt should not be a problem.  You might try a line along the way of if you break it we will package it so you can take the pieces home after paying for it.
