Is there a number to call to stop telemarketers from calling my cell phone?

I have telemarketers calling me nonstop. I know theres a number you can call to stop, but what is it?

You can register at www.donotcall.gov.

It takes about 30 days to become effective.

After that, you can sue anyone who call you.

usually, if you listen to them or recording for a while it says like press 1 or another number to stop calls. if its a person just tell them nicely to take your number off the list and they will. thats what i did :]
