Is there a number to check on the status of my social security disability decision?

i received a decision recently that my disability had reached a fully favorable decision as to my medical disability, Although they are reviewing the non- medical part..I want to know the details of that award. Is there a number I can access the monetary amounts awarded in my case?

No.  They will not tell you until they mail you a letter.  I tried with mine - called my caseworker - and they just seemed annoyed, so I just waited after that.

It took me about 2 months to find out.  HOWEVER, the case worker should have told you how much you were eligible for when you made the application.  If not, you should be able to call that person and try to find out just how much you were eligible for, not what's happening with the decision.
