Is there a online calendar where you can 'pause' the day more?

I'm looking for an online, free customizable calendar where you can (it's for an RPG):

1.] 'Pause' the day; so it might be 13th of August for 6 weeks in 'real time'.

2.] Customizing the look is a must; colour scheme/layout is required, but it'd be a bonus if you could add customized graphics/headers/etc.

3.] If it had a weather forecast/add on.

4.] The calendar is like a ProBoards forum: there's no limit for saved logs/messages/days/etc.
